About William, Owner and Lead Photographer

Hi, I'm William. Father of two, rock climber, musician, and photographer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Inspired at a young age by my father and grandfather, who I rarely saw without a camera in their hands, I spent all four years of high school in the darkroom, obsessed with bringing photos of my family, friends, and adventures to life in the eerie red light. Thankfully, my photography teacher (RIP Mr. Beasley!) was cool enough to turn a blind eye as I skipped classes to stay there for hours on end.

The thought of becoming a professional photographer never crossed my mind during those formative years. It was just art for art's sake. But after graduating college with a degree in sound engineering (something I was also obsessed with at the time), I stumbled into a job at a local photography studio where I photographed my first wedding and my path became clear. 20+ years later, I'm still in love with the art of photography and inspired by every client and couple I have the honor of working with.
